The purpose of the Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy Parents Club is educational, namely to teach gymnastic skills and to create an environment to allow each gymnast to achieve their individual potential. In addition, it is dedicated to promoting the sport of gymnastics on a national and international level.

The Parents Club is incorporated under the Ohio Non-Profit Corporation Code to qualify as an exempt organization. It is a 401(c)(3) organization under the Federal income tax code. It shall be managed at all times in such a manner to qualify the Parents Club for such exemption. The Parents Club shall not be operated for monetary gain or profit.

The Parents Club is established solely to support the athletes as they achieve their individual potential in the sport of gymnastics.
